No answer when calling business banking

I have now called Business Banking 4 times in the last half an hour. Every time the call says "please hold we are transfering you to next available opperator" then the line goes compleetly quiet. every so often i hear crackles of noise in the background. no one answers, no one picks up, not even a cheesy you are holding jingle.
