I did signed all the relevant papers to close my account with Ned Bank Private banking after got tired of delay with incompetent people, they still charge me for next month's banking fee, and for overdraft facility which they have canceled and they are keeping my funds and not releasing it.
I had called three times with ref numbers "61446072" and "61356006" No one can answer what is going on.
Looks like quiet a few people need major training as how to conduct business.
