Receiving RVN via international mobile

Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to receive RVN for internet banking with Absa to an international mobile number. The email contact centre for RVN numbers assures me I can and that the numbers are sent but I never receive them.
Thanks.
Awaiting confirmation from someone who know for sure.
