I had a debit order taken off of my Current account. When I phoned to query the debit order I was informed that I the amount deducted was for a personal loan that I had taken from Nedbank. I have however got now knowledge of the personal loan account. When I was informed to contact the Retail Recoveries Call Centre there is no answer. I would like to know how on earth can Nedbank Just deduct money from my account without my say so. I need that amount paid back into my account today as this in unethical and unjust. I have never once agreed to any monies been deducted from my account. I am now highly upset and very tempted to go to the news papers about this issue
