NOW YOU HAVE LOST IT

You have lost it completely, this intro of call center and inability of accessing the Legal advisors is pathetic, I have been calling since last week and I am not able to get through, been holding forever, I need my advisor but I must go via Call Centre, why is there no line to speak to advisors specifically, this is Ludacris; I dont want to speak to your Agents and be transfered from a pillar to post
