This complaint refers to an already existing query logged at MiWay: reference number 215850250028662.
It has been several months and still no response from MiWay. The amounts are still debited from my parents' account and the money has not been refunded to date. It was concluded that an insurance policy was taken out against my dad's name which was done without his consent. Together with this, a life insurance policy was also instated without his consent.
To conclude, MiWay is making money from amounts debited without consent from the account holder. From the money they have been debiting, interest is accrued as a result of the investments made. My parents are thus entitled not only to the full amount MiWay has been debiting from their account, but also the accrued interest and banking charges.
