Head office staff is incompetent

I applied for a loan on line and never received a call from your call centre EVER!!!

Then I went into your branch and they said that my current company was not loaded so we needed to load it. Fine but my company was not on telkom or yellow pages so nothing you could do nothing. Go back to my employer and get that fixed and go back a week later and try again. Send through all the documents AGAIN to load the company, no we cant find the company on CIPRO weird but OK here is the company number. That was on Friday afternoon at 3.30 and still the company is not loaded and I have offered to send company docs through.

I have just phoned your complaints department and oh we cant take complaints but I will forward your call to the right department. They why have a complaints departments then? The department they put me throught to cant help me but if they print everything and try get the company loaded it will cost me the customer. EXCUSE ME!!! I have been trying to get this right for 2 weeks now
