I am really shocked and horrified at the level and calibre of the supposed advisors on Legal and Tax, the first was named Thabo and seemed to be speaking to me and actually direct speech reffered to me as "my brother" as if we are in a tavern together, the second after I complained named Best called me and had attitude and did not even introduce or address me by name??? WHAT if this institution does not shape up I dont think clients like myself willl entertain this nonsense bacause my hard earned contribution can rather go towards a much needed service and not this nonsensical level of service. Can a manger please contact me as I would like my matter to be addressed by an articulate, elloquent professional individual and not someone I would never place my legal confidence in. I will await your correspondence Mangement at Legal and Tax.
