I went into FNB to apply for one of their products. I am remarried and have not had the time to update it. So i took my marraige certificate with as i always do. For the first time ever I was refused assistance and they say How can i help? They didnt help me at all. I had my fica docs, payslip and bank statements but still they refused. So now i need to dig up documents that i have no idea where it is.
Do they want the business or not? And when i requested the number for complaints no one could assist me with that either. Only one person knows the details so they which not for their clients to voice their dissatisfaction regarding their service.
Would like to be assisted please so if someone can contact me.
