I went to Pick n Pay pharmacy to buy some cold medication for my 7 year old son, the girl by the name of Nokwazi who apparently was helping at the Pharmacy on that Saturday was so RUDE to me, when I asked if they had the Meds I was looking for, and when I asked where they kept it, she pointed behind me with a very RUDE tone, she said behind you, you must be blind Not to see it, its starring at you.., I thought she was really being RUDE, I couldn't see it, looked for a few minutes instead of her just lifting her and show me where it was, as she was free and Not helping anyone, just sitting talking and laughing with someone behind the counter, but I didnt report that incident,
However Sunday morning 25 November 2013, we went there again, my wife had to buy some medication for which she had to complete some form, she didnt really understand the form and how to answer Questions, so she asked the same woman, whether to tick or put a star on the applicable blocks, that woman replied, YOU MUST READ THE QUESTIONS!!! with that RUDE tone and fancial expression, my wife was so embarassed, upset and felt to Humiliated, I wana know what is dat Unprofessional BACKWARD COW doing there??
