BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Tuesday, 12.02.13 an unauthorised transaction was done into my account, i immediately informed the back as I had my card in my possession, i live on the South Coast and this was done in Pinetown. Thursday, 14.02.13 I went to the bank to apply for the new card this was issued without any hassles. Monday, 18.02.13 whilst at work i receive a call from a lady to tell me that unfortunately the bank can not refund me my money. I am talking my hard earned R3000.00. Not even a year with Capitec and this the service i receive as a customer. I am really disappointed with capitec
