Please be advised that Mr Pienaar's debit order switching problem still is not 100% resolved.
Mr Pienaar has now cancelled his debit orders because of this mess - and he has received no confirmation that this has been done.
Secondly - FNB still cannot account for the money that was deducted from his account as a result of this mess. The consultant at FNB advise Mr Pienaar that's his debit order for Multichoice did go through. Multichoice confirmed that this payment did in fact not go through and is therefore still outstanding.
If this is not resolved this week before month end I will be take matter much further.
