After exhausting requests for quotes and assistance on my policy document without responce, I again contacted the customer services centre via email on 11/06/2013. They quoted me the reference number CCC5723477 in an automated response email, which informed me that my query would be atetended to. I am STILL waiting for a reply, let alone assistance. It is extremely frustrating, as I want to consolidate my portfolio. The broker assigned to me has not replied to the email that I sent her on 03/06/2013. I think this is because there will be no commission involved so it is just to much hasstle to assist me.
