Endless Account problems not resolved

Last year on the 18/01/2012 I cancelled my account with multichoice which I have a reference number for due to me going overseas. The consultant advised me that I had paid for the month of January and that she would cancel my debit order and leave the dstv on till the end of January. This did not happen, I went overseas and multichoice left my account running for 7 days into February and then turned it off. On returning to country I got letters demanding payment for the 7 days from lawyers otherwise I would be blacklisted. I contacted and emailed multichoice and Munnik Basson Dagama Inc attorneys and got no joy as no one would help. At the beginning of 2013 I reactivated my account with multichoice at multichoice building in N1 city cape town, where the consultant told me my account was in order and that I had to pay the first month cash and signed a form for a debt order every month, since then I have spent hours on phone sorting out problems as multichoice turns my account off every month due to outstanding R149.07 and as result of debit order never being loaded by multichoice consultant. I have reached my breaking point, went and paid outstanding money to resolve problem.but want credit
