Be Careful who you ensure with
We have a insurgence with ABSA bank and we experienced a tremor some months ago. We reported the incident immediately and waited for Absa to come back with a answer. After sending several requests for feedback and complaining on HP we got a answer from the months later that they will not repair our roof. If they had given us a answer before we would have known what to do but we had to wait so long for some response. If they had no intention to fix the damage Why did they send all these contractors to our home to have a look at it. Now that we complain on HP they challenge us to go to the Ombudsman to take this further. Why such a attitude? Why do they fix some damages and then some they don't. Why keep us on a string. I am really upset with Absa and will not stop complaining about their service. Does Absa have the money to be insurers. Can they cover their client when something worse happens?
