Outsurance
Does not know the meaning of the word "cancel"

Good day

I have been a happy and satisfied client of Outsurance for a year. I cancelled my insurance with them in December 2012 and requested that they do not debit my account on the 27th towards a January 2013 premium. Reason: I am cancelling my insurance with them effective immediately as I cannot afford the premium (rerate). Needless to say, my account was debited. I have insurance with another company. Why would I pay R920 when I get exactly the same from King Price Insurers for R463 per month, plus my excess is R2 000 less. Anyway, I went to go dispute the unauthorised deduction. I have sent several e-mails, I never get a response. The only response I got now was to tell me that they are going to debit my account again. Outsurance is quick to your money from your bank account but not so quick to make important changes on their system. I am not your client and do not debit my account again. This is nonsense.

I will report this and if you debit my account again you will be held liable for payment of my debit order fees, dispute fees, insufficient funds fees plus the withdrawal fees I pay to ensure that you don't my money.

Regards
