I complained recently that ABSA owed me a credit a while back but was not getting any response from them after numerous emails. I finally posted it on Hello Peter and immediately got a reaction. I was told that my credit was transferred to a specific account of the NDPA on a certain date. NDPA says that there is no payment and now ABSA owes me another credit and still NO PAYMENT even though I have given them my bank details. Now I am sitting again with niether credit paid to me which is my money! and nobody responding again via email! Please can someone resolve this immediately as this is monies owed since Feb 2013. Do not understand why it is so difficult especially considering this is their job!
