ABSA sent a credit on my account to NPDA in April and I have since forwarded all the required forms etc to NPDA so that they can transfer the monies owed to my bank account. This was sent to them via my debt therapist which has been done. I have still not heard anything and they are still sitting on my money. When do they plan on transferring the money and what is the hold up as the money does not belong to the NPDA?
