Sms received-NO HELP FROM FNB

At 11:10am today i received a sms stating "your Fnb Temporary loan account has been handed over to GL inc for collection and legal action. kindly contact Clayton at 011 919 8000 REF: DLS 52634" I called FNB numerous times NO ONE could help including the PREVENTION DEPARTMENT. They kept handing me another number to call who then handed me other numbers. NO ONE could help. I DONT HAVE A TEMPORARY LOAN-but no one seemed to care about this LITTLE issue. Not to mention Mandisa Macheko in the Temporary loans department was really very unhelpful and rude sighing on the phone and rather irritated by my story.
