I had a credit card at absa then i suddenly lost a job and decided to contact the credit card department to inform them that i am out of the job at that moment, however i will pay the money owed to them as soon as i get a job.
To my suprised they listed me on ITC and i can not get any credit elsewhere even though i have made an arrangement to pay the money owed on a montly instalments.
