Flexi Reserve Memorandum Lost

I went to ABSA Eastgate on the 7th June & saw Shirley Roets so as to arrange access to Flexi funds on my Bond. I completed the necessary paperwork. She told me to call her on Tuesday to confirm approval as the approval process takes 48 hours. I called this morning only to find out to my horror that she had lost my documents.

She quickly emailed a new set of documents to me (so much for these types of transactions only being allowed to take place in the bank). Once she received the newly completed documents she assured me I would have confirmation by the end of the day.

She has since then told me she has been unable to send the email with my application out to the approvals department as their emails are now down. She has also admited that as she had lost the paperwork I would have to wait an additional 24 to 48 hours for the approval of the new set of documents!!!

This is absolute nonsence. ABSA, namely Shirley Roets lost my paperwork yet i am made to suffer for thier ineptude!!

I was told i would have approval today and I WANT approval TODAY. not TOMORROW or the NEXT DAY. Today!!!
