PLEASE HELP

Good day, I need urgent assistance in a very important matter. I opened an account with African bank last year November, and I got retrenched the same month I was unable to pay my accounts with a lot of my credit providers. I complained a month ago that I need to send my letter of sequestration through to African Bank as I am still unemployed and have no means of income. I would like to have my things sorted out. I emailed Peter and he asked me for a number which they can contact me on, I do not have a phone or any other method of contact accept for my email, and he has not responded since I told him that. Please I need to contact someone URGENTLY to sort my things out.
