Am writing this in great frustration, and I would appreciate urgent assistance to this matter.
I recently discovered that someone has opened an account under my name with your institution. I have never applied for loan nor a credit card from African Bank.
I have called your callcenter, I was given this ref number 9306417. According to the callcenter agent, this account was opened in woodmead. I have never been in any of your branches let alone woodmed.
This not only ruins my ITC credit record, but its preventing me from acquiring other things. This is a huge disruption in my life and I would appreciate it if it is rectified urgently.
