If I ever in my life seen such a useless fanancial intitution its definitly handsdown African bank.!
I had a contract with geen and richards from the 31/12/2010 till 30/11/2013. So if they can read the last payment was due on the end of November last year. So at the end of December 2013 they decided to deduct a nother installment. So I reversed it. I went in to geen and richards office to find out why! They called African bank and they said that the account is up to date and could not say why the extra month was deducted. So I asked for a letter from African bank to confirm that I do not own them any more money. They have send it to me, signed by Ramon Jones.
Today I found out from a dealer that my African bank account is in arrears. This is enough to give me a heart attack. I want I Manager to contact me and sort out this problem. I do not owe them anything. I really hope other clients think twice before doing business with African bank.
