Good Morning,

I have been communicating with Dipuo Moalusi from African Bank for the past 2 weeks or so and she has been very helpful, but since Tuesday this week (7th May), I have not heard a thing from her.

I have sent ALL my documents required to both her email address as well as another lady K. Singh which was delivered.

On the 6th May and 7th May I asked were the days that I sent everything through. I then send an plain email on the 8th May asking Dipuo to please contact me if all is in order as the phone number I have I can't get through. She has not responded up till today and I would like to know when I am getting my refund. They took off _R3600.00 when I told them I was unemployes/retrenched.
Please could I get this refund sorted TODAY as I need this money to pay my rent.
This amount was deducted off my bank 2 weeks ago already

Please call me URGENTLY
