Listed for unknown reason and no one to assist

HI,

On my credit life bereau, there is an ABSA record which is affecting me so much and no one is able to pick it up the account and assist me.

I phoned all their call centers (loan, legal, recovery and now back loan originators) and they taking me on ride and no one know and I need an advise to pay if possible but I know i settled my accounts long ago.

Last call I log via mail given Legal team, it is closed by Caroline Mdak (EC: 4FEB9FFC) BY TAKING ME BACK TO FIRST STEP AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME.

I need help and not someone to refer meand also to close and update credit bereau.
