I just would like to say that I am very disappointed in the service I got from warranty solutions
My car had an extended warranty up to 90000. But only went in on 90860 km's service. This was an unplanned event and I urgently had to use the car for unforeseen circumstances. Where I had to travel to Natal and back. The vehicle is in need of back brake pads. When the car service personnel phoned them about my brake pads that needs to be replaced They refused to pay out for the brake pads.
I thought that warranty solutions would be able to compromise due to the fact that ford offers only standard service plan and I took out the extended plan with warranty solutions to cover for unforeseen costs. Due to the fact it stipulates that you can exceed the service intervals with a maximum of 1500km I would have really thought that warranty solutions would also valid the same conditions as the manufacturer of the vehicle.
I am very disappointed in their attitude that there is not leniency about the kilo's travelled is a deal breaker
