I applied for a Credit Customer Assist facility on the 7 March 2013 due to my financial challenges requesting for consolidation. I was advised that my application will take 15 days to be processed and the manager will call me to advise of the outcome. The manager did not call after tat has expired and I have been making calls to the call centre (086 043 9770) where I have to hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes and when I get through consultants kept on telling me that the file is with the manager, I have to wait for another week. This is been going on for approx 3 weeks. I called again requesting a response before the 25 April 2013 due to fact that I do not want to have any DOR's in my account and to date I have not receive any call. I just called today again and was told to wait until next week for the manager to call me. Since my account was opened in 1995, I have never encounter such a situation and I do not have even a single DOR - I do not wish to start now. Please help, your assistance will be highly appreciated.
