I submitted a aircon claim from warranty solutions 2 months ago and it was approved. My car had gone for service as required but i decided not to repair the aircon. MY car is still not due for service and I Now i took my car in to get some work done and all of a sudden warranty solutions claims my car was taken for service after the due date which is not true. They approved my claim 2 months ago based on the very same service history i have now. This is and I will be reporting them to the insurance onbusdman and taking this up with my laywers. Trying to clients out of what is due to them is unacceptable. These people should do their jobs and deliver on their promises. My car is within the agreement terms and I expect this to be sorted out asap.
