HOW CAN I COMPLAIN IF THERE ISNT ANY SERVICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. IN MY 12YEARS BANKING WITH STANDARD BANK HAVE I NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS BAD. LAST YEAR THIS TIME I BANKED AT BALLITO BRANCH THE SERVICE WAS EXCELENT BUT NOW I NEED ANOTHER BANK. I HAVE A OVER AVERAGE SALERY SO ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR I PUT - ABOUT 300 TO 500000 IN MY BANK. THEN THE SERVICE IS QUICK, PERSONAL AND FRIENDLY PLUS IM PAYING THEM TO KEEP MY MONEY FOR A MONTH OR 2. NOW MY BANK IS EMPTY AND I MOVED TO WITBANK AND THIS BRANCHE BEING THE CLOSEST I FOUND STANDARD BANK DOESNT GIVE ANY MORE WHAT THEY PROMICED. I DID PUT A REQUEST FOR THEIR RIGINAL MANAGER TO RESPOND ON THE 26 OF MAY UP TO DATE NOBODY HAVE RESPOND OR NOTHING NOT EVEN A CURTESY CALL. WHERE LAST YEAR THIS TIME THEY PHONED ME TWICE A WEAK. SO YES PEOPLE DONT BANK AT STANDARD BANK
