Good day, i just wanna lodge a complain about standard bank. recently my account was on a minus for the past year and didnt know why this was happening until standard bank took debits fees for about R1551.94 however the poeple who were trying to debit my account i dont know them and they come and try it even when the account doesnt have money and Standard bank doesnt wanna investigate and found out who are this poeple for example i got smartflight i've never even flew in my life but i happened to pay for a flight. could someone help me with this issue and be resolved urgently as it has cost me a lot of money with the bank charges
