Paid in a cheq over a Month ago

Hi

I paid in a Cheq from FNB at a STD ATM in the beginning of May.
The Cheq was from FNB Namibia and was printed and stamped on the back.
Its from dividends I receive 4 x a year from the BANK FNB.

The cheq was accepted and the funds made available to me but 2 days alter the cheq was reversed. I had to phone STD bank and ask them whats up. They told me the cheq owner does not have funds in their account. I had to Phone FNB and ask them to please put money into they Multi bullion Rand dividend account and then STD bank will try again.

Poor FNB for not haveing a couple of thousand rand in their business account :-(

STD bank are you SLOW???

After a big battle and 2 weeks STD bank got back to me telling me they sent the cheq to the hatfield branch, I paid the check in at centurion. As I live in centurion.

Hatfield did phone me and told me I have to come fill in a form. I asked them I they can please email me the form so that I can sign it and email it back as I live in CENTURION and work in JHB.

STD bank remains such a precious bunch I just cannot get it over my heart to leave them. It will be worse then leaving you blind gf because she is blind.
