I already laid a complaint a week ago, Standard Bank replied said they will follow it up and someone will call me. I have received nothing. No help not even at the branch the manager said he will phone me, he did not phone me. I am blacklisted for a account that has been closed by my bank but I am on ITC. The bank knows they are wrong and said they will take me off. Nothing has been done. I have been waiting more than a month for someone to help me. I phoned and complained I even wrote here on hellopeter, still no help. Cheq nr of account that needs to be closed: 420881891
I am not happy with Standard Bank and its service worst in my life so far.
