I opened a long term investment plan for R150 per month instead R340 was debited from my account as of February, on the 30/05/2013 i went to old mutual offices at Garankuwa complex and was told that i have a retirement plan and an accidental plan as well which i knew nothing of i cancelled everything and was told i should submit IRP5 for the retirement plan and as for accidental i will forfeit everything that i have already paid,

i asked if we can stop the debit for month end and was told that we cannot but because the policies have been cancelled should there be any debit automatically they will reverve back into my bank account i have a 3 month bank statment that shows that until the 30/05/13 there was no debit from this company but today i am being told that my account was debited on the 27/05/13 just because i am quering my money.

i must say i am very dissapointed and didnt expect such a thing especially from a company as big as this one at first i was defrauded and inconvinienced but it seems as if that was just not enough, i get inconvinienced again.and i am the one who should go through all this trouble before i can be assisted.
