DEBIT ORDERS REVERSEDFOR

Dear FNB
I refer to my call to your Primier Suite this morning, I need clarity on the following notifications that I received this morning. I need to understand why I did not have any debit orders processed on my account yesterday and suddenly when I call to get clarity I am told that the debit orders where put through on the 30th, this is not the 1st time it is happening and I refuse to pay the R138 x 3 that you are charging me for ur messed-up system:
