For 2 months Jacklin taken money out of my account and I have not got the goods. In emails I have requested them to refund my money because I don't have the goods. And do not what the good any more! No responds from them!

I have in email below informed that I did not receive book and as to date do not have the book and do NOT to have it any more!!! I am requesting a refund of my money urgently!? If you do not refund my
2 payments soon I will have no option to go public with a complain of Jacklin taking payment from my bank account without customer having the product!
