What you say, shoul be what you do... BAD SERVICE

On Thursday I spent 1 and half hours in the branch complaining about outragious fees and was advised by the consultant that assisted me I have two options. 1 switch the cheq account to a different one for lesser fees (then they can reverse some of the fees back to me or 2. close the cheq account completely then get the full R303.97 of charges reversed back to me.
I closed the account and only some of the charges was reversed. ABSA still owes me just under R200 and I want my money.
I logged a call with Action Line complaints dept on Friday morning and to date I have not received any word from anyone in Absa - I want my money. I was told to close the account and I did. I did my part now Absa must do theirs.
