Un Authorised Debits confirmation

Good Day

I had a shocking experienced - 3 weeks ago from FNB:
I received an sms notification that an amount of R850.00 was debited from my Cheq account.
i responded by calling in after numerous attempts but was not successfully to date.
I eventually came through to lady who informed me on the following;
I began my enquiry as per the above debit enquiry; the lady informed me that " the Bank has the right to take off the money with out notifying the user" i was shocked. I then asked the lady (cant remember her name) that that does not sounds right, but she failed to back up her statement. I logged a call on FNB website and still to date no email, no phone call no communication.

The only comm i recevied dated: Monday June2013;10:02 thank you for your payment of R850.00, kindly remember to make your next payment as arranged..
How i received help: I have amanged to call around until i came to the attorney who mamages this account and was also shocked at the level of communication and service that I have received from FNB.i have called the 087 5751111 numerous times but that contact numbers is of the poorest assistance ever..
FNB"HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU"
