Application follow-up

My sister has been a client with FNB for almost 10 years now & she even convinced me to have an account with them as well but with the treatment she recently got as client, I'm starting to be worried now. She applied for a phone & called the call centre to make a follow-up on her application. The lady who I have her name was very rude to her & till today she doesn't have a straight answer from FNB. With my little knowledge I'm sure as a client you have the right to know the status of the application, whether positive or negative, you need to know that. If they lazy to call her, sms or email will do. Can someone just be professional & give contact.
