Your service is disgusting and it is rubbish. My mother has been trying to get help regarding her revised car insurance policy, which you requested that she reads through it and get back to you as soon as possible. Now she is being sent from pillar to post. You have arrogant, rude and incompetent staff who keeps on transferring her to irrelevant people. What is the point of paying a monthly broker fee for such a service? If you cannot help her, she might as well cancel your filthy service and deal directly with her insurance. And again is there such a thing as standard excess for all costomers?
