I contacted Renett regarding a credit card limit increase she has been my Private Bank consultant for some time, but told me i have to contact card department if i want anything done on my card. Why do i have to contact card division if Renett is my consultant at Absa Private Bank? Im not going to go through credit vetting again because my account has been open for years now. Please no phone calls i will only respond to written emails.
