I was short paid by R1000 on my policy payout. I queried this more than a month ago. Anne Mokethi promised to get back to me with an answer. I have heard NOTHING from her, despite numerous emails. She just ignores my emails and has not bothered to follow up. I do not understand how you can give such poor service when you committed yourself to following it up, and I have that commitment in writing from you.
