FNB What Is Not Theirs

It's been a week now that money was transferred to my FNB account which I requested to be reversed back into the account it came from. I phoned FNB and was told that I can not reverse it a letter from the sender is required. I then phone the company I work for asking them to draft a letter to FNB stating that the money was transferred to the wrong account and FNB needs to reverse it ASAP. Company did send the letter stating that the money needs to be reversed. Till today nothing is happening. This is the reason why no 1 should bank with FNB this is how they rob people. Reverse the transaction SMEI Projects immediately it's not my money and neither is this FNB's money.
