Short payment

I have been using standard bank for a very long time but this days the service its becoming a night mare.
i just don't understand their atm.
The last time i tried to withdraw money there was no money but showed that the withdrawal went through and no money received.
This time i was short paid and i had to wait for four working days which today is the due date for my query.
Today when i phoned they are telling me that i have to wait another two days.
This is really not fair to wait for my money for such a long time and its not even my fault the atm's are not working properly.
I really don't understand why they cant fixed their atm's because this is a real problem as i know that i am not the only person with this kind of a query.
