Bad service- DISSAPOINTED

Last week 31/01 I bough a gift for my sister at west branch, and did not take a gift receipt, did not know that is Will cause complications when changing item.as I would have requested one. I had done gift exchanges at other branches with no proof of purchase PREVIOUSLY.My sister went to Bluff Branch to exchange it on 02/02/13, they were so rude and arrogant towards here, that she walked out of the store without getting what she wanted..she called me, from store and I spoke to Bernice giving her my account details??? she wanted proof, then done exchange later in day. I understand that rules are are in place, but why inconsistencies amongst branches.. I then called Calvin from west street, and he advised he will be glad to assist if she can make to thi store before 4pm as long as Tags are still on and item in Same new condition..which was. She really needed the item for weekend, apart from refusing, Bernice was so rude. She need to call and apologise to my sister for her inappropriate behaviour.. as I feel so embarrassed at the way the way my sister and husband were treated, they all know I love Foschini and a Gold card member. Such a PLEASURE to shop at west street Branch..
