I went to Lichtenburg Branch on Tuesday the 4th of June to go get my card for an account which I opened online. When I got home and logged onto my internet banking I saw there was a deduction for a replacement card R68. This could not have been a replacement card as I have never had a card associated with this account. On Wednesday I phoned the branch and was told the system would pick it up as the first card and reverse the deduction, I was also told if it does not happen by Friday to phone in again. Well this has not happened and I really want my money back ASAP. I did phone in and the person who I spoke to told me the person I spoke to on Tuesday was not in and when I told her what my problem was she said it does not work like that. I do not care how it works, I am not willing to pay for something that I am not using, like this replacement card which is not a replacement card. Hope this will be sorted before the weekend!
