Card replacement service very efficient

Lost my FNB debit card on a Tuesday and reported it lost on the Wednesday. Card was cancelled via the call centre and I was told a replacement would be at a branch of my choice in 4 to 7 days time. Got a SMS 3 days later notifying me that the replacement card was ready for collection. Very efficient cancellation service as well as SMS notification service all around. Nice one FNB!
