I called Outsurance today to query if my premium can be reduced as other competing companies are offering me the same benefits at a 3rd of the price Outsurance is billing. I called as I wanted to reduce my premium and still stay with Outsurance. Stanley Mahlangu answered, as part of the varification process he proceeded to updating me details. JUST BECAUSE I PARK at the BROOKLYN design square during the day instaed of Highveld Centurion my premium increases??? Just because your offices are in Centurion doesn't make it any more elaborate or safer! I'm disgusted at how you can punish me in a time of need. Outsurance is Pathetic! Stanley didn't even offer me assitance, no soft skills! You employ fith like Stanley of the street to work at your company to save costs and I have to suffer for it. I will be moving to another insurance shortly. Thanks for messing up my day, my weekend and my exam!
