I received a quotation from Outsurance a while back but i was still in two minds. I called in today to cancel my request to take them on. I spoke to this consultant Stanley who was completely open and layed all the cards on the table for me. He was easy to understand and down to Earth and actually convinced me to take out the policy with them. He went beyond his duty to make sure that i was comfortable with the situation by lowering my premium and arranging a refund for my other debit. They even waived other extra costs.
