Took out insurance for my car and shopped around for quotes online. Shockingly impressed when Sello Mogoaladi from Outsurance called me even as I was still busy typing in my details on the Outsurance website. Before looking at Outsurance I got two other online quotes and let's just say Outsurance certainly delivers in giving the better service as well as the best premium.
On one of the other quotes I got, the excess payable by me was a bit lower than Outsurance. Upon my query about the excess Sello went the extra mile and not only offered me an excess even lower than the other company quoted me but also lowered the initially quoted premium when normally it is the other way around. (lower excess = higher premium)

(Just a note... its a day later and the other two companies I got quotes from have not yet given me a call back at all.)
